Documents to be examined

Ⅰ project proposal together with the correspondent ratification papers.

Ⅱ the registered name sanctioned by the Municipal industry and commercial administration bureau.

1）applcation paper signatured by the principal.

2）project proposal and approval papers.

3）certificate of  legal practice of all cooperative partners.

Ⅲ the examination on  the feasibility study

1）the approval of feasibility study

2）relating accessories

certificates from the water, power, environment protection authorities.

3） other papers which the examining authorities consider necessary.

Ⅳ Examining contracts and their accessories for approval.

1） the contract, articles of association of the Chinese part to be examined.

2）contract, accessories of contract, articles of association.

3）other relating accessories.

A The valid register of all partners, the certificate of identification (the foreign partner presenting certificate under the name of individual investors).

B the accreditation papers and resume of all the members of the board of directors.

C the qualification certificate from banks of all investors or notaries.

D depot lease or purchase negotiation, contract.

E authorization paper (in the case of signatures from those who are not juridical persons).

F booking certificate of landing using right remise

G the notice of location from the programming authority (in case of real estate projects).

H explanations of state owned asset evaluation.

I machines, vehicles needing importing (bills of office articles and bills material and assistant materials)

Ⅵ applying for the industry and business license

⑴ the application paper signatured by board chairman or deputy chairman of foreign invested enterprises.

⑵ feasibility study, contract, articles of association and approval papers.

⑶ approval papers and copies

⑷ qualification certificate of cooperative partners.

⑸ the name list of the board members, director and deputy director, and accreditation paper, resume, and identification.

⑹ workshop lease contract, state owned assets evaluation, site using certificate.

⑺ other papers which approval authorities think necessary.
